Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Name of Grantors: Robert Julian McVitty and Margaret Helen McVitty, as trustees of the R J MCVITTY TRUST ("the grantors")
Maurice George Noone, of Auckland, and John Howard Ross Fisk, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, whose office address is PricewaterhouseCoopers, Level 8, 188 Quay Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that on 31 March 2010 the secured party under a specific security deed
(styled a "stock security") dated the 27th day of May 1999 from the grantors (the "security") appointed them jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the following assets of the grantors as charged by, or subject to a security interest pursuant to, the security, being:
all stock (including sheep, cattle, horses, pigs, deer and/or other stock), and all machinery, vehicles, implements, plant, equipment and/or other chattels, in each case of the grantors or in which the grantors have rights, and all proceeds (within the meaning of the Personal Property Securities Act 1999) thereof.
