Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 5 January 2010, Boris van Delden and Garry Whimp, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers
of HOSPITALITY ASSETS LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 10th day of November 2006, which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
