Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 6 April 2010 Anthony
John McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of ATHENA DEBT MANAGEMENT LIMITED under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 8th day of September 2008 and registered on the Personal Property Securities Register on 15 September 2008.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and
after-acquired personal property of the company.
