Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Birdwood Distributors Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Lower Hutt, is the holder of a general security agreement dated the 18th day of December 2008 granted in favour of it by WATER HOG LIMITED,
a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington.
Birdwood Distributors Limited hereby gives notice that it has, as from 7 April 2010, appointed John Philip O’Connell, accountant of Wellington, as receiver and manager of
the undertaking and all of the assets of WATER HOG LIMITED.
