Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, John Albert Price, hereby give notice that on 6 April
2010 I was appointed receiver and manager of the assets
and undertaking of the company under the powers contained in a general security agreement granted in favour of Geneva Finance Limited dated the 8th day of September 2008 and registered on the Personal Property Securities Register on
23 September 2009.
Short Description of Property Charged Under the General Security Agreement: All of the undertaking, assets and property of the company.
