Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Income
Pursuant to Sections 8(1)(b) and 10 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, on 26 March 2010, Anthony
John McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of the income of the property of EAGLE & BERVOETS (NO 2) LIMITED pursuant to the terms of a memorandum of mortgage dated the 23rd day of September 2005.
The Property in Receivership is: The income of the
property subject to a memorandum of mortgage 6645701.5, as comprised and described in Computer Unit Title Registers 207756 and 207757, both at the North Auckland Land Registry.
