On 23 March 2010, pursuant to a debenture dated the 15th day of September 1999, the debenture holder appointed Stephen Kim Bennett and Timothy John Hoyle, chartered accountants of Steve Bennett Associates, Whangarei, as receivers and managers of the company, being a nine hectare mussel farm operating in Houhora Bay.
The receivership commenced on Thursday 23 March 2010 at 8.30am.
