Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, on 19 March 2010, Gareth Russel Hoole and Jon Dennis Robertson resigned as receivers of earnings and accepted appointment as joint and several receivers and managers over the property of BASE ROCK PROPERTIES LIMITED (in receivership).
