On 9 December 2009, Patrick Dean Norris, insolvency practitioner of Nelson, was appointed by South Canterbury Finance as receiver of BUSTER HOLDINGS LIMITED pursuant to their powers conferred in a general security agreement registered on 18 March 2008 for all present and after-acquired personal property of the company.
