Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Malcolm Grant Hollis and John Howard Ross Fisk, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers of the above-named companies on 22 March 2010 under the terms of various security agreements.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the companies’ undertaking, property and assets.
