Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 19 March 2010, Geoffrey Donald Campbell Walker, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed to succeed Amanda-Jane Atkins, chartered accountant of Auckland, as joint receiver and manager of all the assets and undertaking of the above-named company under the powers conferred by the general security agreement dated the 10th day of August 2005.
