Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Peter James Heenan, of WHK Southland & Central Otago, Invercargill, and Matthew David Taylor, of WHK, Dunedin, hereby give notice that on 23 December 2009 they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of BOTRY-ZEN LIMITED under powers contained in an instrument dated the 21st day of December 2006.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all of the company’s undertaking and property, present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
The Office Addresses for the Receivers and Managers are: WHK Southland & Central Otago, 62 Deveron Street, Invercargill, and WHK, 44 York Place, Dunedin.
