Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
John Howard Ross Fisk and Colin Thomas McCloy, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers of the above-named companies on 12 March 2010 under the terms of a debenture trust deed.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the assets and undertaking of the companies.
