Craig Alexander Sanson and John Howard Ross Fisk, insolvency specialists of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed to be receivers of earnings to the Tower Building on 23 December 2009 under a memorandum of mortgage dated the 30th day of June 2008.
The property in receivership is the income of the Tower Building described in certificate of title HBM3/868 (Hawke's Bay Land Registry).
