Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993, we, Glen David Gernhoefer and Amanda-Jane Atkins, chartered accountants of Auckland, hereby give notice that we have ceased to act jointly and severally as receivers and managers of AUCKLAND CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT LIMITED (in receivership) as from 12 February 2010.
