Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Shaun Neil Adams and Ian Charles Thursfield, hereby give notice that on 12 March 2010, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of the above-named companies pursuant to general security agreements each dated the 27th day of August 2004.
