Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 12 March 2010, Dennis John Wood
and Boris van Delden, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 8th day of September 2006 charging all of the present and after-acquired property of the company.
