Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
John Joseph Cregten and Andrew John McKay, insolvency practitioners of Corporate Finance Limited, Level 15, AMP Centre, 25-29 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010, hereby give notice that on 8 March 2010 they were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of LEIGHTONS TRANSPORT ROTORUA LIMITED under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 20th day of February 2009.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
