Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 8 March 2010, Kerryn
Mark Downey and Andrew John Grenfell, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of VICTOR INDUSTRIES LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 19th day of August 1976.
The Receivers and Managers Have Been Appointed in Respect of: All the property and assets charged by the general security agreement.
The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are at:
McGrath Nicol, Level 17, 34 Shortland Street (PO Box 91644), Auckland.
