Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 11 December 2009, I, Paul David Sills, was appointed by Caterpillar Financial New Zealand Limited, acting under powers conferred by mortgages dated the 6th day of August 2002, the 19th day of May 2004 and the 16th day of October 2006, to act as receiver and manager of the above-named company's estate and interest in the land comprised and described in certificate of title 126A/787.
The Receiver's and Manager's Office Address is: Level 5, 12 O'Connell Street, Auckland.
