Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 5 March 2010, we, Graham Thomas Clark, consultant, and Rowan John Chapman, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed receivers of FASTFOLD PRINT FINISHING 2006 LIMITED ("the company").
The appointment was effected pursuant to powers conferred by a general security agreement granted by the company on the 27th day of February 2006.
