Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 5 March 2010, the holder of a general security agreement dated the 6th day of July 2006 appointed Timothy Wilson Downes and Simon John Thorn, of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company.
