Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 26 February 2010, we, Duncan Varnham Fea, of Queenstown, and Alistair Rickard King, of Wanaka, were appointed under powers conferred by a general security agreement dated the 16th day of May 2007, to act jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the assets and undertaking of the above-named company.
