Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 3 March 2010 at 9.00am, Paul Graham Sargison and Gerald Stanley Rea, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed by Norman Leslie Stephenson as receivers and managers of the property of ALTRA FOODS LIMITED, under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 15th day of April 2005 secured over all present and future property of the company.
