Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 2 March 2010, the holder of a general security agreement dated the 8th day of October 2007 appointed Timothy Wilson Downes and Richard Grant Simpson, chartered accountants of Grant Thornton, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company.
