Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Henry David Levin, insolvency practitioner, and Rodney Gane Pardington, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of ULTRADESK LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) on 26 February 2010 under the powers contained in a security agreement dated the 17th day of January 1995.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
