Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Graham Stuart Dick and Stewart Patrick Perkins, of McIntyre Dick & Partners, were appointed receivers
of MILKA-WARE SOUTHLAND LIMITED on 23 February 2010 under the terms of a general security agreement.
The Property in Receivership is: All property of the company.
