Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Income
Pursuant to Section 10 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Peter Francis Smith and Bruce William Stormer give notice that on 12 August 2009 they were appointed under mortgage 7695922.5 registered against the land in Computer Freehold Register WN9A/299, being the property known as 7 Waiu Street, Wainuiomata, with all powers conferred upon a receiver of income in terms of the mortgage and by the law.
The receivers of income shall at all times be the agents of the mortgagor and not of the mortgagee.
