John Howard Ross Fisk and Colin Thomas McCloy, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of MONACO VILLAGE LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) on 17 February 2010 pursuant to a general security agreement dated on or about the 15th day of November 2005.
