Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Kenneth Peter Brown and Paul Thomas Manning, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on 17 December 2009, appointed as joint receivers and managers of the property
of KYRON INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 5th day of November 2007, which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal
property and the proceeds of sale.

525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3110.
