Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(l)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 8 February 2010, I, Brenda Karen Hodgetts, was appointed by Asset Finance Limited, acting under powers conferred by a general security agreement dated the 13th day of August 2009, to act as receiver and manager of all of the property of the above-named company.
