Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 3 February 2010, Dennis John Wood and Boris van Delden, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 4th day of September 2008, which property consists of the property of the company secured under the general security agreement.
