Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, John Albert Price, hereby give notice that on 4 February 2010 I was appointed receiver and manager of the assets and undertakings of the company pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 25th day of June 2005 and varied by a deed of variation and assignment of debt and securities agreement dated the 14th day of August 2008.
Short Description of Property Charged Under the General Security Agreement and the Deed of Variation and Assignment of Debt and Securities Agreement: All assets and undertaking of the company.
