Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 23 October 2009, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ARATUNA HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Peter Martin Cuff, chartered accountant of Hokitika, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 23 October 2009.
