Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Ian Oliver Caddis, solicitor of Wellington, was appointed liquidator of CLEVELAND KAI LIMITED (in liquidation) on 3 December 2010 at 3.12pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator of CLEVELAND KAI LIMITED (in liquidation) fixes 30 January 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
