Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies
by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 16 December 2010 at the times stated:

- MOANA HOTEL DEVELOPMENT LIMITED
(in liquidation) at 10.26am.
- MOANA HOTEL MANAGEMENT LIMITED
(in liquidation) at 10.26am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 18 January 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
