David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Grant Edward Burns, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BEESLA CONTRACTORS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the
High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 December 2010 at 11.01am.
We fix 21 January 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
