Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 8 February 2010, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that GLENDOWIE WOOLS LIMITED be liquidated and that Roger Neil Wilson, chartered accountant of Invercargill, be appointed as liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 8 February 2010 at 9.30am.
