John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountant, and Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, both of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of COSY BAR AND GRILL LIMITED by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 16 December 2010 at 10.14am.
We fix 16 February 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
