Take notice that TAY VENTURES LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant
to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on
13 December 2010 to be put into liquidation.
Robert Bruce Walker was appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 13 December 2010 at 11.32am.
The liquidator hereby fixes 24 January 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to their distribution.
