On 15 December 2010 at 12.21pm, by order of the High Court, pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, PACIFIC IMAGES LIMITED was placed into liquidation and Andrew John McKay and Aaron Douglas Walsh, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
We, Andrew John McKay and Aaron Douglas Walsh, liquidators of the above-named company, hereby fix
15 February 2011 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993.
