Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountant, both of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GENESIS TRUST by the High Court, pursuant to the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 and section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 14 December 2010 at 10.07am.
We fix 1 March 2011 as the day by which the creditors
of the trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
