Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Grant Edward Burns, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GDIF1 LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 December 2010 at 11.09am.
We fix 14 January 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
