Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ACHIEVEMENT HOLDINGS LIMITED by the High Court, pursuant
to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on
13 December 2010 at 11.58am.
We fix 18 January 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
