David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Grant Edward Burns, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of 42 HAIR (DESIGN) LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993,
on 7 December 2010 at 10.34am.
We fix 23 December 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
