Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Karen Betty Mason and Lloyd James Hayward, insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies on 9 December 2010 at the following times, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993:
- SUN LIVING LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.44am.
- BUTE ROAD PROPERTIES LIMITED
(in liquidation) at 11.45am.
- RADIUS PROPERTY HOLDINGS LIMITED
(in liquidation) at 11.46am.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of SUN
LIVING LIMITED (in liquidation), BUTE ROAD PROPERTIES LIMITED (in liquidation) and RADIUS PROPERTY HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) fix
13 January 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distributions made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
