Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), Richard Burge and Benjamin Blackler were appointed liquidators of BRACING SOLUTIONS LIMITED.
The liquidation commenced on 6 December 2010 at 10.40am.
The liquidators fix 21 January 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.
