Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 2 December 2010 at 5.50pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that FAST FOOD SYSTEMS LIMITED be liquidated and that Ralph Leslie O'Hara, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, be appointed as liquidator for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator does fix Friday 28 January 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority they may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Any person claiming a security interest over property must make immediate contact with the liquidator.
