Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that by way of special resolution of the shareholders of the company, Rodney Gane Pardington, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the company on 8 December 2010 at 9.10am, at which time the liquidation commenced.
A resolution as to solvency of the company has been filed with the Registrar of Companies.
The liquidator fixes 21 January 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
