The above-named solvent companies were placed into liquidation by special resolutions of shareholders dated the 7th day of December 2010 at 9.15am, on the basis that
the reasons for which the companies were incorporated have now passed.
Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Gareth Russel Hoole and Kevin David Pitfield were appointed joint and several liquidators pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice of Meetings of Creditors
Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidators do not intend calling creditors' meetings on
the basis that the companies are all solvent, the directors having passed resolutions to that effect.
However, should any creditor require that a meeting be convened, please inform the liquidators of that request, in writing, by Tuesday 21 December 2010.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 7 January 2011 as
the day on or before which creditors of the companies are
to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
